Amongst others, they’ve pioneered ceramic solutions for applications in continuous processing involving extreme operating conditions and high temperatures. Reporting to the General Manager of Performance Ceramics & Refractories, located in Bibra Lake, Perth, you’ll be responsible for client liaison, internal sales and stakeholders to ensure a highly effective supply chain based on future demand to strengthen Saint-Gobain’s impact. Duties include demand planning, supply chain management and analytics to predict sales and inform inventory decisions, analyse inventory flow, and build monthly forecasting models.
An important member of a small team you’re a strategic thinker who builds genuine relationships. This pivotal role supports a major client base in mineral processing. It requires a professional to take ownership of supply planning end to end with strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities a background in systems improvement and reporting with SAP, Power BI or similar. Demonstrated executive leadership experience in an NGO / For-Purpose environment is a must. You will also need strong fundraising ability as well as financial management experience. PROGRAM MANAGER

Reporting to an enthusiastic and motivating CEO, this newly created role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations offering person-centred services for clients. You’ll provide leadership and direction for the Programs team and volunteers to meet current community standards, and advocate for client needs with service providers and government departments.

For this stimulating role you should have a background in community or NFP management and a track record leading teams who understand the principles of best practice. An understanding of the challenges facing the aged care sector and the ability to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds would be highly regarded.​
Experience or qualifications in dementia would be a plus.
